Made-Up Set Artworks

Edith Vonnegut lent seven of her paintings to the set of Made-Up (many of them from her series "Domestic Goddesses" (in a book published by Pomegranate last year). She is a life-long resident of Cape Cod. Cynthia von Buhler is well-known to Boston art lovers; her studio and Gallery is on Ashford Street in Allston. Dena Gwin and Esther Garcia Eder live in Boston and Diana Shank is a resident of Millis. Miriam Feldman, makes her home in Los Angeles. Miriam was also the production designer for Made-Up. Last but not least, several paintings on the set of Made-Up are by its star, Brooke Adams. She took up painting when her youngest daughter was born. Many of Brooke's paintings are of her daughters, Sophie, now seven, and twelve year-old Josie.
