The first step is to
determine where the facelift tab should be attached. Henceforth we
shall refer to this as the
"SPOT".
Every face is different.
Place your thumbs or index fingers on the area you think may be the
SPOT for you. Lift slightly.

For most people the top
of the cheekbone just below the temple is the most effective SPOT.
Remember the SPOT must be close enough to your hairline that you
will be able to conceal the tabs with either your own hair or a wig.
Once you have determined the SPOT, cleanse the area thoroughly with
alcohol. Let dry.
Remove protective paper from band-aid and attach to the SPOT. Before
attaching consider the direction the rubber bands need to be pulled.
This is very critical.

Note:
Facelift tabs have not
proven as effective for under-eye "bags", however they
have improved the situation in a few cases. To accomplish
"bag reduction" the tab should be attached with the
rubber bands stretched toward the back of the head.

Puffy eyelids caused
from crying cannot be affected by THE TIVEY
FACELIFT.
Once attached to the
SPOT, lift the rubber band until they meet on the top or back of
your head. The wire attached to rubber band A is then looped around
rubber band B.

If you have thick hair
you may be able to conceal the facelift with your own hair.
A wig is the easiest
solution. Wigs have an additional benefit in that they conceal gray
and/or thinning hair.
Keep in mind with THE
TIVEY FACELIFT and wig you may become unrecognizable. It
is advisable you see the movie Made-Up
so you can witness some of the potential consequences.
